Admissions Appeals
If you are unsuccessful in obtaining a place for your child at Menorah Primary School you have the right to appeal to an independent Appeal Panel.
You must submit your Appeal in writing which you can do either by delivering it to the school office or by email to office@menorahprimary.org.uk. Please mark your Appeal for the attention of the Chair of the Admissions Committee.
All appeals are conducted in accordance with the school's published timetable and the government's statutory guidance set out in the School Admission Appeals Code 2012.
Appeal Timetable 2024
The deadline for lodging appeals against a refusal to be offered a place at the School or the Nursery is 20 school days from the date of notification that the application for a place was unsuccessful.
In the case of applications to enter Reception in September 2024, the last day for lodging an appeal is 31 May 2024.
